 Also Known as a "Supervised Review"

PLEASE NOTE:
 The review by mail is available to students living outside of Michigan or living at least 40 miles or farther from Livonia Michigan. 
  
It only take 5 to 10 minutes to complete the short review.

Here is how a review by mail review works:

    We ask you to provide us a suggestion of a person willing to act as supervisor (proctor) for your review. 

    The review supervisor (proctor) is someone who will receive the review by mail from us and then mail it back to us when you are done.

A proctor may be someone considered honest and reliable, not involved in the electrical business and with whom your relationship is professional.   

Proctor Suggestions :
  • non-electrical business owner, professional employee, office manager, secretary
  • a teacher or librarian, school administrator or school secretary
  • church minister, priest, deacon or secretary, bank employee
  • a notary, an insurance representative, a real estate broker, a CPA
  • city or government administrative or secretarial employee
  • any Human Resource Department employee (HR) 
  • other possible submissions, while not listed above, will be reviewed

Proctor May  NOT  Be : 

  • NOT: a spouse, a relative, a companion, girl friend, boy friend or significant other
  • NOT: a friend, neighbor or co-worker
  • NOT: another electrician, an employee, an inspector or your boss
  • NOT: any electrical business employee (exception: a company HR person IS acceptable)

The Proctor will receive, give and mail the review back to us.
After you complete the review, the proctor will mail it back to us.
Following this, you will be sent by mail an official approved Michigan 2002 or 2005 Code Update Certificate.

The review is simple, friendly, open book(s) & you may use any notes. 
No pressure, nothing tricky , nothing difficult.
