  • When is a 2011 Code Update Certificate required ?

    • Electrical rennewal is due on the last day of the month, as indicated on your electrical license.


  • Do I have to take the class now ?

    • No, not unless it is your electrical license expiration month. 
    Licenses may be renewed within six months of the expiration date.

    Reasons for taking the class ahead of time are: to save money using the discounted class cost and not worrying about the rush of getting a update certificate for your next license renewal.

    Personally, we believe it is wise to do it now to save money and  time.  Make your next license renewal  easier and quicker

  • Is this Internet Code Update Class State approved?

    • Yes.

    Each registered student will have full access to the class for sixty (60) days. Longer time extensions are allowed if you need more time.

  • What books will I need ?

    • While NOT required, you should have access to a 2011 Code Book.

     
  • Do I have to buy a Code book ?

    • No.

    You should have access to the 2011 Code book, but it is not required. If you do not already have a book, some student borrow it, use one from a library or purchase.  It's completely up to you.

  • Is a "separate or proctored test" required to complete the online class to get a completion certificate ?
